Complaint about poor customer service
Front desk customer service check-in representative rude, unpolite, unable to perform without an attitude. She ignores the people online, she takes all the time to give the attention we, the patients, need.
Office San Marcos needs strongly more front desk representatives with higher customer service.

Quack doctors
So I go to this Concentra in Moreno Valley on Perris Boulevard. The lady is a black doctor.
I don't even think she is a doctor; she's a quack. My back has a herniated disc. She tells me she's going to put me in physical therapy—what a freaking joke! Concentra is the worst, the worst place you can go.
They cater to illegal immigrants 100%.
Beware when you go there; they're quacks. Their doctors are just immigrants.

Poor customer services skills
San Marcos front desk representative has poor customer service skills, is rude, and gives us, the patients, attitude. She is not able to perform her workload by herself.
San Marcos needs a better front desk to reflect care and respect for your patients referred to this office. Service 10/20/25 @ 3 PM

Terrible place to work. No manager assistance or guidance. They favor employees that show up for work when they want to.
Brand new staff that knows what they are doing would be a great start. They dont care about patients. The place is dirty and stinks, they have to spray room deodorants to hide smells.

Seriously they are profiting from non medical Sleep apnea scams.
My healthy diagnosis is grievously ignored by this Hapeville Concentra office. The women there tries to trick unsuspected DOT certified person.
With her fraudulent Sleep Apnea Scheme. It's Terrible scam.
If I don't comply I can not work.
I have no symptoms but forced to pay out hundreds for nothing. I want do it.

Horrible company and prolonged my recovery
First before doing an X-ray or MRI the immediatly scheduled me for physical therepy with a sub par therapist who spent more time random talking than working with the patients. Them setting me up with therapy not knowing what the real issue was injured me farther.
After my surgery denied me coming back for therapy all because the pregnant therapist didnt like the fact that I told them the therapy doesnt work I need surgery.
Prolonged me getting into thertapy for 2 weeks now my arm is really stiff and prolonging my healing process! Medical employees should be held more accountable for their bad decisions!!!

I experienced an incident at work that resulted in a chemical burn around my mouth. Wouldn't excuse me from work for even a day. I'm on day three post the incident here at work and in pain.

I was seen last week diagnosed with a sprained back, neck, and ankle. Later, I was left throwing up with a terrible concussion (went to my primary) who ordered stat cat scans and MRI after I told them I was repeatedly kicked and hit in the head.
I went back to the doctor, and she checked my knee reflexes and said you're good to go.
What a joke! I had to meet with the office manager.

Sitting in a small waiting area with sick people I waited an hour and a half to *** in a cup for a work drug test. It took five minutes and I was done.
They should have a separate line for tests like these or dont do them.

Truck drivers avoid Concentra
I have had a complete over all head to toe tests which consisted of brain, heart and lung scans, MRI's and ultrasound and an A to Z complete blood panel. The doctor said I am 100% healthy.
I am a body builder and up in age.
I do not fit inside the usual "charts" these idiots at Concentra use to evaluate someone fit and healthy, nor do they have common sense. I weight more due to muscle that weighs more than fat, my neck is over 18 inches all muscle. Concentra issued a 3 month DOT card and told me to get a cpap test.That's BS. Went to my doctor and got a 1 yr.
DOT med card. The 4 years I have been driving my other doctors have always issued a 1 year due to BP meds.
Truckers and employers need to boycott Concetra. Stop sending your drivers to Concentra.
Drivers don't work for a company that requires you to use Concentra.
Remember, untied we stand, divided we keep getting screwed.
It's time the medical industry realizes that they cannot dictate to us any longer. They got spoiled getting to act like gods through covid, but those days are over folks.

The doctor just looked at my broken thumb and is never bothered at all. She referred me to look for PT near my place.
I just see her for 23 minutes after waiting 30 minutes. When the bill came, boom...
I need to pay it personally costing $319.50...WOW WHAT A RIPPED OFF! I will NEVER recommend this to anybody!

Sleep Apnea
I went to undergo a DOT physical at the Tampa location. Every time I go to Concentra, they try to get patients to complete a sleep study because they are overweight.
The doctor on duty was Whitney Harrison-Birmingham, who falsely accused me of having sleep apnea due to my BMI. It seems as if this is some sort of scam to get patients to continue getting physicals through their company. I have no health issues, have never been diagnosed with anything, nor am I on any medication. The excuse they use once you file a complaint is that these are DOT regulations.
The previous doctor at the same location already gave me a two-year medical card. This is very much discrimination if you are forcing someone to take a test based on weight.
